Since this isn't an LJ entry, I can't favorite it, but this is officially one of the best fics I've read--ever. Read it and love it.

-Description: God, it's just brilliant. Always witty, always original, and so heart-wrenchingly sweet. Gerard runs a Clinic in San Francisco after being diagnosed with HIV. While interviewing new case workers for the clinic, he ends up meeting Frank, who is also HIV positive. Though he has sworn off dating and having relationships, Gerard ends up questioning if he should try again. Also includes Mikey as a nurse and Ray as the dorky, but oh-so-loveable lab tech who is desperately in love with him and trying to get his attention even though Mikey has promised to swear off men.
